Dawn has worked at Barringtons since 1988. She first gained experience in the preparation and audit of financial statements for a wide variety of businesses. She now specialises in providing practical tax advice to owner-managed businesses of all sizes, including incorporation planning, remuneration, dividend and benefit strategy and exit-planning, whether to family members or via external sale. She also advises on personal Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax issues and has dealt successfully with many Inland Revenue enquiries.

Married to Neil with two sons, Spencer and Oliver. Hobbies and interests include family holidays, both in the UK and abroad, reading and watching films.
